Webb City managed to keep up with Carl Junction until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cardinals came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 4-0. Webb City haven't had much luck with Carl Junction recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Webb City now has a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Webb City will challenge McDonald County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Carl Junction, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
