Basketball Recap: Monday's Victory Is Chamblee's Third in Last Four Outings

Chamblee won the last time they faced Creekside and things went their way on Monday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Seminoles by a score of 74-61.

Despite the defeat, Creekside saw an underclassman step up: freshman Jacorey Lee posted 13 points along with seven boards and three steals. Another player making a difference was Ke'Andre Guyton, who went 6-for-12 to rack up 11 points.

Chamblee is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points over those games. As for Creekside, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Chamblee has already played their next matchup (against Johns Creek), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Creekside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 44-42 win against Shiloh on the 25th.
