San Marino had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against the Rio Hondo Prep Kares by a score of 2-0.

Luca Moggio paced San Marino's offense, picking up eight kills. Moggio got some help from Jared Wang and his 23 assists. Finally, Moggio was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

San Marino's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Rio Hondo Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.

Coming up, San Marino will take on Taft at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Rio Hondo Prep, they will square off against La Salle at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. La Salle will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Rio Hondo Prep surely won't give up without a fight.
