Winchester Community won the last time they faced Tri and things went their way on Thursday too. The Golden Falcons were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Titans.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Winchester Community took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-12, 25-12.

Lilyana Mayberry paced Winchester Community's offense, picking up 11 kills. Mayberry got some help from Lyndi Whitenack and her 20 assists. Jasmine Rheinhart and Kanyon Page kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Winchester Community's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 26-5. As for Tri, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season.

Winchester Community does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tri, they will face off against Southwestern at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
