Volleyball Recap: Montclair Comes Up Short

Montclair and West Orange squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Montclair had to settle for second. They came up short against the Mountaineers, falling 3-0. The Mounties were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mountaineers earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Montclair has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season. As for West Orange, they now have a winning record of 13-12.

While Montclair had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
