Basketball Recap: Union's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Two

Union won the last time they faced Enterprise, and Rymia Craft did her part to make sure it happened again. The Union Yellowjackets narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Enterprise Bulldogs 39-36 thanks in part to Craft, who posted 16 points in addition to six rebounds and six steals. The game was her fourth in a row with at least ten points.

Dinaiya Blaylock was another key player, putting up six points and three steals. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last four times she's played.

The victory made it two in a row for Union and bumps their season record up to 11-14. As for Enterprise, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-9.

Union is taking a road trip to challenge Sebastopol at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sebastopol will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Union surely won't give up without a fight. As for Enterprise, they will challenge Noxubee County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Enterprise is facing Noxubee County at the right time seeing as Noxubee County is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
