Volleyball Recap: Circle Comes Up Short

Circle lost against Trinity Academy back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Thunderbirds took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15.

Gracie Tucker paced Circle's offense, picking up five kills. Tucker got some help from Cate Rogers and her 11 assists.

Circle's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Trinity Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Circle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Ellsworth on the 20th. As for Trinity Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against East on the 20th.
