Volleyball Recap: Winston Comes Up Short

Winston lost against River City Believers Academy back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Soldiers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-16.

Winston's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for River City Believers Academy, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Winston will welcome Varsity Opponent at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for River City Believers Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Lifegate Christian at 4:30 p.m.
