Regina Dominican had won two straight games and Jillian DeFranza did her part to make it three on Saturday. The Regina Dominican Panthers walked away with a 48-36 win over the Lisle Lions thanks to DeFranza, who went 6-for-15 en route to 16 points and six steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Lisle lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ally Russell, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. Ally Doering was another key player, putting up ten points.

Regina Dominican's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Lisle, their loss dropped their record down to 11-18.
