Softball Recap: Three Straight Road Victories for Berean Christian

Berean Christian had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Campolindo on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitcher stepped up to hand the Cougars a 10-0 shutout. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on LeAna Cimarra, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. Isabella Tafoya was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.

Berean Christian pushed their record up to 13-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Campolindo, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.
