Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Jayden Gohs stepped things up a notch to give Goodrich the 'W'. Nobody could stop Gohs as she struck out eight batters over nine innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances.

Gohs' strong effort led Goodrich over Clio and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Martians have been dominating on the road and they will enter the matchup having won 16 straight away games dating back to last season.
