Softball Recap: Trinity Christian Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Harding Academy on Thursday, Trinity Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Lions fell just short of the St. George's Gryphons by a score of 1-0 on Friday.

Trinity Christian Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for St. George's, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Trinity Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. George's, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 10-0 victory against Evangelical Christian on the 5th.
