Loudoun County had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Their defense stepped up to hand the Tuscarora Huskies a 2-0 shutout on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Captains also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Looking ahead, Loudoun County will head out on the road to challenge Rock Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tuscarora, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Independence at 7:00 p.m.
