It was a good run, but Jefferson unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bellarmine Prep Lions by a score of 2-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Raiders haven't been shut out since back in April.

Luis Sanchez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on seven hits.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Bellarmine Prep, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-9.

As of now, neither Jefferson nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
