Basketball Recap: New York Mills Falls Short of Underwood in the Playoffs

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, New York Mills couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 60-53 to the Underwood Rockets on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-48 back in November of 2024.

New York Mills' defeat dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Underwood, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-3 record this season.

As of now, neither New York Mills nor Underwood have any future games scheduled.
