East Laurens skates past Jefferson County with ease

Recap: East Laurens Falcons vs. Jefferson County Warriors
The East Laurens Falcons can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 51-15 victory over Jefferson County. The victory was just what East Laurens needed coming off of a 63-0 loss in their prior contest.
Zay Boston was on fire: he rushed for 167 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 160 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyan Snead, who gained 122 total yards and a touchdown.
East Laurens' victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Jefferson County, their defeat was their 11th straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-10.
East Laurens will challenge Bryan County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bryan County is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games. Jefferson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
