Volleyball Game Preview: Osseo Orioles vs. Edina Hornets

The Osseo Orioles will head out on the road to face off against the Edina Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Edina took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Osseo, who comes in off a win.

Osseo took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Coon Rapids. The win continues a trend for the Orioles in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won six in a row.

Osseo walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 26-24, 12-25, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Edina was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Minnetonka.

Edina's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Osseo, the win got them back to even at 9-9.
