MaxPreps B was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the MaxPreps Preppies, falling 3-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last eight times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

While MaxPreps B ultimately came up short, they really made MaxPreps work, particularly in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15, 27-5.

MaxPreps was led to victory by Paisley Ray and Player #9. Ray had 26 digs and six assists, while Player #9 had 13 assists and eight digs.

MaxPreps B's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for MaxPreps, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

As of now, neither MaxPreps B nor the Preppies have any future games scheduled.
