Butte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 35-28 to the Helena Bengals. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bengals from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Despite the loss, Butte still got an impressive performance from Hudson Luedtke, who picked up 180 receiving yards and two scores. With that strong performance, Luedtke is now averaging an impressive 101.7 receiving yards per game.

Butte's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Helena, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Butte will challenge Flathead at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Helena, they will take on Glacier at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bengals' defense better be ready for this one: the Wolfpack have averaged an impressive 42.5 points per game this season.
