North posted their closest victory since March 28th on Monday. They skirted past the West Warriors 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-5 back in April.

Isis Jones spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, North's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Brooklyn Ghilardi, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

North was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .391. They are a perfect 12-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

North's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-9. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for West, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-9-1.

As of now, neither North nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
