Soccer Game Preview: West Point vs. Gloucester + How To Watch

The West Point Pointers will head out to face off against the Gloucester Dukes at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (West Point has five straight wins, Gloucester has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

West Point's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. Everything went their way against Westmoreland as they made off with an 8-0 victory. Give West Point's defense some credit: that's the team's fifth straight shutout.

They hit Westmoreland with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from McKenna Foulis (3), Alexis Blackwell (3), Morgan Wagner, and Anna Jenkins.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Gloucester's offense. They lost 5-0 to Lafayette on Tuesday.

West Point's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Gloucester, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

West Point suffered a grim 5-2 defeat to Gloucester in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Can the Pointers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
