Basketball Recap: Akiak Takes a Loss

Akiak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against the Akiachak Huskies, falling 76-46. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Thunderbolts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-45 last Saturday.

Akiak's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Akiachak, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

As of now, neither Akiak nor Akiachak have any future games scheduled.
