While Adams County Christian put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Amite School Center. Adams County Christian blew past Amite School Center 7-0. Adams County Christian might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Coleman Carter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out six over six innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Sean Kerry Cothern, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Adams County Christian's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 12-8. As for Amite School Center, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.
