Football Game Preview: Leavitt vs. Morse

On Friday Leavitt take on Morse at 7:00 PM. Leavitt are the favorites in this one -- although they were the favorites in their last contest, too, so the odds might count for a little less.

Leavitt faced Fryeburg in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Leavitt fell to Fryeburg 0-13. Leavitt's loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 35 points the game before, Morse faltered in their match last Friday. Last Friday, they came up short against York, falling 6-19.

With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
