Barren County waltzed into their match on Sunday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They enjoyed a cozy 52-38 victory over the Cumberland County Panthers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 50-28 back in December of 2024.

Barren County's win bumped their record up to 26-5. As for Cumberland County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-8.

Coming up, Barren County will square off against Franklin-Simpson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Franklin-Simpson will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Barren County surely won't give up without a fight. Cumberland County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
