Football Game Preview: Priory Panthers vs. Swett Warriors

Priory has gone a perfect 3-0 against Swett recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Panthers will look to defend their home field against the Warriors at 3:30 p.m.

Priory's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Stuart Hall on Saturday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 20-0. Having soared to a lofty 67 points in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Priory didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kais Klein and Michael Ruff.

Meanwhile, Swett had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 66-40 margin over the Eagles. The Warriors' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Priory now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Swett, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Priory didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Swett in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, but they still walked away with a 30-24 win.
