Volleyball Recap: Delavan Falls Short of Unity Christian in the Playoffs + How To Watch

Delavan and Unity Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Delavan had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Delavan may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 13 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13.

Unity Christian can attribute much of their success to Abby Jones, who had three digs and three aces. That's the most aces Jones has posted since back in September.

Delavan's loss dropped their record down to 6-27. As for Unity Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 27-8.

As of now, neither Delavan nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
