Soccer Recap: Calvary Day School Takes a Loss

Calvary Day School lost against Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Lion. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Calvary Day School couldn't quite close it out.

Calvary Day School's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Calvary Day School will square off against High Point Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Calvary Day School will be up against High Point Christian Academy's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.13 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill, they will challenge Thales Academy Rolesville at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
