Basketball Game Preview: Morrison Wildcats vs. Garber Wolverines

Morrison is 1-9 against Garber since January of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Morrison Wildcats will host the Garber Wolverines at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Morrison didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Pawnee, but they still walked away with a 35-30 victory.

Meanwhile, Garber was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Cimarron 60-8. The Wolverines have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 35 points or more this season.

Garber's win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-4. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.8 points per game. As for Morrison, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-7.
