            Basketball Recap: Pace Academy Knights vs. Cartersville Hurricanes        
        
		
        
        
            It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pace Academy can now relate to. They took a  blow against the Cartersville Hurricanes on Friday, falling  66-37.

 Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Lawson Monroe, who  dropped  a double-double with 13  points and 12  rebounds. Monroe is also on a roll when it comes to  shooting accuracy, as she's  posted one of at least 53% in the last six games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Kate Grice, who  on her way to 11 points and three  steals.
Pace Academy has  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record  this season. Cartersville has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-9 record  this season.
 Pace Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cartersville, they have already played their next contest,  a  51-34  loss against Marist on the 25th.
