Huron took a eight-run defeat the last time they faced off against Norwalk, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Tigers had just enough and edged out the Truckers 3-2 on Monday. The win was familiar territory for the Tigers, who have now won three matches in a row.

Huron's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Norwalk, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Huron is taking a road trip to challenge Oak Harbor at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Norwalk, they will welcome Willard at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
