Basketball Recap: Uxbridge Skates Past Whitinsville Christian with Ease

Uxbridge won the last time they faced Whitinsville Christian and things went their way on Friday too. The Uxbridge Spartans blew past the Whitinsville Christian Crusaders 56-16. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Spartans.

Uxbridge's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1. As for Whitinsville Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Uxbridge and Oxford will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Whitinsville Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hopedale at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
