Soccer Recap: McClatchy Plays to a Tie

It was a proper cat-fight when McClatchy challenged Kennedy on Thursday. The McClatchy Lions and the Kennedy Cougars finished up their game with a 1-1 draw.

McClatchy's draw gives them a new season record of 9-4-5. Meanwhile, Kennedy's record is now 11-4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McClatchy will head out to challenge Grant at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Grant will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last. As for Kennedy, they are taking a road trip to face off against West Park at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Park's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
