Sussex Central has gone 7-2 against Caesar Rodney recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Golden Knights came up short against the Indians on Thursday, falling 16-3. Surprisingly, this marked the Golden Knights' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Lake Forest hit Caesar Rodney with a five-run third inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Riders took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans.

Sussex Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Caesar Rodney, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

Sussex Central was able to grind out a solid win over Caesar Rodney in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 6-2. Will the Golden Knights repeat their success, or do the Riders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
