Norfork had lost three straight, but after bumping their record up to 4-10 on Tuesday that streak is in the rearview. They had just enough and edged out the West Side Eagles 7-5. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Eagles back in March, they had to take a 16-6 defeat.
As for West Side, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat they have suffered since May 17, 2025.
For West Side's part, Dawson Baker was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. On the mound, he tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit.
