Basketball Recap: Louisiana Bulldogs vs. Wellsville-Middletown Tigers

The Louisiana Bulldogs came into Friday's match having lost 14 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Wellsville-Middletown, posting a 57-28 win at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Louisiana has managed all season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Louisiana to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cooper Lumley, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethen Harrison, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Louisiana's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-16. As for Wellsville-Middletown, they dropped their record down to 2-14 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
