Connetquot faced Scarsdale in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The T-Birds came out on top against the Raiders by a score of 2-0. The victory was familiar territory for the T-Birds, who have now won four contests in a row.

Alex Molter paced Connetquot's offense, picking up eight kills. Molter got some help from TJ D'Antonio and his 20 assists. D'Antonio and Molter didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with two apiece.

Connetquot's win bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Scarsdale, their loss dropped their record down to 24-8-1.

Connetquot has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Cicero-North Syracuse on the 22nd. As for Scarsdale, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Penfield on the 22nd.
