Volleyball Recap: Youngker Comes Up Short

Youngker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Glendale Cardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Roughriders of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-15, 19-25, 25-18.

Youngker's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Glendale, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Youngker will square off against ALA - Anthem South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glendale, they will challenge Verrado at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
