Soccer Game Preview: Harvard vs. Belvidere

The Harvard Hornets will head out on the road to face off against the Belvidere Bucs at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Harvard came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Wauconda, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Harvard haven't been shut out since back in September.

Meanwhile, Belvidere came into Saturday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Rochelle 4-3. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Belvidere considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Belvidere's victory bumped their record up to 7-16. As for Harvard, their loss dropped their record down to 15-8.
