Preview: Trinity vs. Lebanon
Trinity will take on Lebanon in each of the teams' third playoff game on Sunday. Lebanon will need to watch out since Trinity has now posted big point totals in their last six contests.
The Pioneers earned some more postseason success in their matchup last week. They blew past Stevens 48-15. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Pioneers had established a 45-7 advantage.
Meanwhile, Lebanon got themselves on the board against Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton, but Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton never followed suit. Lebanon put a hurting on Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton to the tune of 41 to nothing.
The Pioneers came up short against the Raiders the last time the two teams met in September, falling 21-7. Whatever the outcome in this rematch, the game is bound to be a fierce one since these are two of the top teams in the state.
