Softball Game Preview: Galva Wildcats vs. West Prairie Cyclones

The Galva Wildcats will head out to take on the West Prairie Cyclones at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Galva is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

On Saturday, Galva came up short against Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] and fell 6-2.

Kaylyn Gale was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI.

Meanwhile, West Prairie lost 13-5 to Seymour on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that the Cyclones have lost by exactly eight runs.

West Prairie's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Galva, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.
