Basketball Recap: Tecumseh Braves vs. Southridge Raiders
Tecumseh was the 30-16 winner over Southridge when they last played one another back in January of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Braves were just a bucket shy of victory on Monday and fell 37-36 to the Raiders.

Perhaps the best among them was Hazel Melton, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 13 boards. Melton is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played. Violet Melton was another key player, putting up 15 points.
Tecumseh has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season. As for Southridge, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-18.
