Soccer Recap: Delaware Valley Classical Takes a Loss

The Delaware Valley Classical Titans came up short against the Tri-State Christian Crusaders on Friday and fell 3-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Delaware Valley Classical came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 46th in Delaware, while Tri-State Christian are ranked 142nd in Maryland).

Delaware Valley Classical's goal came courtesy of Jason Duncan PCA, who's now up to five this season.

Delaware Valley Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-3. As for Tri-State Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3-1.

Coming up, Delaware Valley Classical will head out to face off against Fairwinds Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Delaware Valley Classical are facing Fairwinds Christian at the right time seeing as Fairwinds Christian are stuck on a five-game losing streak. Tri-State Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
