Volleyball Recap: Crystal Springs Falls Short of Presbyterian Christian in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Crystal Springs can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Presbyterian Christian Bobcats on Saturday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-4, 25-6.

Presbyterian Christian found their leader in sophomore Piper Skeen, who had ten aces and three digs. Skeen has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last four times she's played.

Crystal Springs has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Presbyterian Christian, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-9.

Crystal Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Presbyterian Christian, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Seminary on the 7th.
