Volleyball Recap: Veritas Academy Takes a Loss

Veritas Academy suffered their biggest defeat since September 9th on Monday. They lost 3-0 to The Habersham School Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-10, 25-21.

This is the second loss in a row for Veritas Academy and nudges their season record down to 13-9. As for The Habersham School, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.

Veritas Academy will square off against Heritage Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for The Habersham School, they will face off against St. Andrew's at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
