Basketball Recap: Taft Takes a Loss

Taft was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Woodward Bulldogs 63-31. The Senators were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-9.

Taft's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Woodward, their win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Taft will host Stivers School for the Arts at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Woodward, they will take on Aiken at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
