Savannah Country Day won the last time they faced Bryan County and Addison Stubbs did her part to make sure it happened again. The Hornets blew past the Redskins 3-0 on Thursday with plenty of help from Stubbs, who had 12 digs and three aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-22, 25-22.

Savannah Country Day's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Bryan County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-17.

Savannah Country Day didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Providence Christian Academy on the 15th. As for Bryan County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Lamar County on the 15th.
