Mynderse Academy's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They blew past the Midlakes Screaming Eagles 12-2. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Blue Devils considering their two-run performance the match before.

Haley Young made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. Young was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.

In other batting news, Mynderse Academy got a big performance out of Isabella Burlew, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and three RBI. Those stolen bases were Burlew's first of the season.
