Valencia put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Sierra Vista Dons by a score of 25-14. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Tigers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 24th, while the Dons are ranked 111th).

Valencia didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off six passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kendra Moyer and Samantha Vasquez.

Valencia's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Sierra Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Coming up, Valencia will head out to square off against Laguna Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Hawks' defense has only allowed 9.5 points per game this season, so the Tigers' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Sierra Vista, they will welcome Rowland at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
