St. David beats San Manuel for their second straight win

On Friday, The St. David Tigers faced the San Manuel Miners in a battle between two of the state's top teams. St. David snuck past San Manuel with a 44-38 win. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.

St. David got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Roman Tilton out in front who threw for 241 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 11.0 yards per attempt. St. David also got help from Keston Richardson who showed off his sure hands for 131 receiving yards.

The win makes it two in a row for St. David and bumps their season record up to 6-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.0 points per game. As for San Manuel, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

St. David does not have any more games scheduled as of now. San Manuel is also done with their season.
